Job Description of a Welder:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing a variety of welding techniques, including TIG welding, MIG welding, stick welding. Your expertise will be vital in welding or joining metal components, filling holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products. Operating welding equipment and ensuring strict adherence to safety measures will be essential as you contribute to the production process.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Welder:

• Utilize TIG welding, MIG welding, and stick welding techniques as required for various projects.

• Prioritize and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

• Verify conformance to specifications by accurately measuring dimensions of completed products or workpieces.

• Handle, install, position, and move materials while utilizing hands and arms with precision.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful project completion.

Minimum Qualifications of a Welder:

• Prior welding experience is preferred, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience ideal.

• Proficiency in TIG welding, MIG welding, and stick welding techniques.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

• Reliable transportation is a must for commuting to the workplace.

• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and adapt to varying work environments.

• Excellent physical stamina and the capability to lift heavy objects.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to operate welding equipment and familiarity with various welding techniques.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team
