Residential Life Weekend Desk Coordinator
The Weekend Residential Life Assistant plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment for residential students during weekend hours. Serving as the first point of contact for students, families, and staff, this position requires strong communication skills, a dependable presence, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a calm and helpful attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and staff during weekend hours
Answer phone calls and respond to emails from families and visitors
Monitor and record student check-in and check-out procedures
Provide general clerical and administrative support to Residential Life staff
Help maintain a smooth, organized, and secure environment for all residential students
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure
Preferred Traits:
Prior experience working in an educational or residential setting
Customer service or administrative support background
