Glass Installation Helper

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Glass Installation Helper to assist with the installation and repair of automatic doors, glass doors, and windows at customer locations and in our warehouse. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn a skilled trade. Experience in construction or carpentry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead technician with installing and repairing glass doors, automatic doors, and windows

• Transport tools and materials to and from job sites

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Perform tasks outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must pass initial and random drug screenings

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Punctual, dependable, and respectful of company policies

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and attention to safety

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, carpentry, window, or door installation
